Location
Oculis can be found in level 15 of the Westminster Catacombs, which are accessible through Parliament Square, by passing through a Hell Rift.
Instance
The instance of Oculis looks like a normal Hell Rift instance with the exception of continuously spawning Winged Gremlins which ignore armor.
Attacks
Oculis spawns Eyes of Oculis that fly and do spectral damage with a high chance of phasing. His direct attack is a small area of effect spectral field.
Drops
Like every other boss in Westminster Catacombs Oculis drops Nanoshards and Advanced Sacred Fragments.
Set items are a 1% drop in Hell mode only.
