What do you think of Mythos Global?

In your opinion, is Mythos Global any good, is it worth wasting my time on?

Now I realize it is F2P/cash shop and most likely wont cost me a dime, but if it is as messed up as HG:G then it wont be worth a download for me.

My big questions are:
Are the textures mediocre (missing in places)?
Is the quest line decent?
Do the classes play well?
How is the lag?
Did they actually translate it right this time?
Are they forcing that screwed up PvP idea, that FSS had us testing?

Now so you guys have an idea why I am asking this, I was an Alpha/Beta tester for FSS Mythos, and I got to watch the game grow from an online network test, too a game and I dont want to be disappointed by downloading it if its crap. I'm not saying it has to be perfect, or be the same game, just playable and fun.

Hi Ya Wild i never got into Mythos just maybe if all is fixed i might have a go as i have lost interest with Hellgate for now

Honestly, unless they have done some major overhauls from when frogster had the reigns then I would give it a pass. The EU version of Mythos was HORRIBLE. I was also an alpha/beta tester of the FSS version of Mythos and I loved it back then. Its been mutilated since then and I probably won't touch it. It would take a lot for me to go back and I just don't see it happening. I'm just going to wait for TL2 and play that with a few people.

Have a look on the official forums (a gazillion times better than the HGG ones BTW, looks like they used some 'real' forum software). Seems to be a mixed bag of reactions and some very HGG-like complaints towards our friends at T3.

Yeah, I have been over on the Mythos forums and did some peeking around, I should study them a little better, but you really need to take whats posted over there with a grain of salt. I trust the opinions of everybody here (even huk's  ) so I thought I would ask first.

Like Killious said, I might just wait for Torchlight 2 and Grim Dawn, seeing as some of the Flagship Seattle crew are working on TL2, and Grim Dawn looks like it's going to be good too, plus they are some of the old Iron Lore crew.
