Not too excited about it to be honest, well at least not from what I've seen so far.
And while the Hellgate fan within me screams "Y MOAR GAMES,JUST POLISH HGG KTHNXBAI",I do leave room for unexpected pleasant surprises.A couple more days and we'll see I guess.

I played the Frogster version, to which Global is identical to of course. When the Mythos Global beta was launched some weeks after the EU version closed for good, those of us from the EU found ourselves IP blocked  ::)

Mythos is pretty "meh". It's OK, but for me isometric view games belong in the last century, literally. I can't get immersed in them in the same way as I can a first person view game.

I actually enjoyed Torchlight far more than I enjoyed Mythos. I will buy Torchlight 2 when it's released, even though I know I will only play it for a couple of hours a week at the most.

I found Mythos to be dull and uninspiring and could only stomach it for short periods. I could never spend any money on it, that's for sure  :o

Well, if anybody needed convincing.... from the Wikipedia entry for Mythos (and Wikipedia don' lie)...

"Mythos was built upon the same core engine and technology that Hellgate: London used."

Unless they balance it (wich i doubt ) i see a huge number of summoners on the way like it was in the frogster verision i played, but, with more cash shop...

Mythos could be a good little browser game, but not one to spend money one for sure.
