Hi guys, finnaly, the hidden skill "brotherhood" is done.

it was wierd and tricky that when i wanted to create new entries for new petslots within table inventory.txt, it seems that only certain index of entries could work, i donot know why but it happens, same contains, different index, and some of them not work, i cannot just put those entries any where, i did modified there "head" column, and it still happens :(

OK just back to the "brotherhood", it is a hidden skill for undeveloped class: the Examplar. as description, it would alow you summon 3 templar allies on battlefield. that was exciting, cause i always want some human minions in my team ;D

And, it was done!

Nagahaku Mod's Brotherhood skill would alow you summon 3 templars to assist you in the field, they would follow you and fight in the form of jessica summerisle in act4, no advanced skills, just using their weapons in hand. the 3 are using different weapon types, a commander brother with sword and shield, a berserker brother with dual sword, and a supporter brother with shield and pistol. i also find that you can also change their weapons just like the engineer drone, but, they would be lost when the brother dies.

here is a pic for you all ;) it is just a testing picture, those dead bodies belonged to ealier summons, the skill's CD ticks would be balanced soon of course :)

the succeed of brotherhood is a very good news, it means that another hidden skill "squire" maybe also available, ahh... god bless... i am so fond of it, a squire fight beside his lord, just like comming back to the middle ages  :P

Nagahaku, my hat is off to you, this looks like you are creating a fun mod. I'm looking forward to its release  8)

...damn.Was talking with Vamp just yesterday about the undeveloped classes that never made it in the game,like the Necromancer (prolly not the actual name lol) just having 2 of his skills dumped in HG:G's Summoner and that's that.The Exemplar did seem like a class that left without a trace and it sounded like it'd be mighty fun to play so,resurrecting a skill at a time is better than I could wish for :)
Oh I do recall some of the unused skills being listed somewhere around,one in particular that shouldn't be too hard to replicate would be an Aura of Fire...or something?I assume it'd be thorns in Aura form,but it sounds cool-looking lol  ::)

you can just export the table strings_skills.xls.uni to check those descriptions of the hidden skills :)

the Examplar is surpposed  to be a templar class that would be good at prayer skills and training recruits. Brotherhood might be one of his top level skill, and also he would be capable of training a squire which is more simmilar to the engineer drone, and also have some other skills to enhance him just like drones. examplar prayers are also amazing, with them he could greatly improve the abilities of his team, and as i remember, the "Aura of fire" Bryan mentioned is not an aura but a prayer, simmilar as the spectral prayer, which may deal fire damage to all enemies within his holy radius :)

all those above may be possible to import into this mod, just a matter of time ;)

yeah, i think it would be a good idea, and of course you can also enhance your fellows with those amazing examplar prayers, like healing, enhance elemental defence, even also ciritical chance, but the most powerful prayer would be "great defender", 4(maybe 5 if the squire skill imports successful) purple giants almost invulenable :o

Nagahaku, thank you so much for working on this mod. I am really really looking forward to it. After spending literally dozens of hours trying to get a CRC error free copy of HG:G to work only to find that the game is now crap thanks to Hanbiton. Seriously, this mod is making me happy from my knees to my waist... tingly.

in fact, i donnot know how to really import HGG items :( i have to wait for a new version of reanimator that would give me access to HGG items table...
right now i can only import the animation, and make some proper SP weapons 2 hand melee. such as razorlords, holy negotiators and hypermaces. sorry for that :(

This is already huge, more then enough to bring me back to game. Always wanna play blademaster, but SOJ animation with double melee on female models looks horrible to me. And with 2 handed weapons throwing skills became more usefull, i think.

The mod is ready, call it Nagahaku Mod v.1.0.1 and post it :), im sure, a lot of people would download it. Especially if you can increase quantity of maximum weapon mods for this 2 handers.

The mod is ready, call it Nagahaku Mod v.1.0.1 and post it :), im sure, a lot of people would download it. Especially if you can increase quantity of maximum weapon mods for this 2 handers.
MMM...they will be enhanced of course, but weapon mods slot may not be good to increase, i have seen the modification of adding slot to the katanas, looks really suck :(....
some weapons should have more slots according to the structures of them, but when modified, only the nova guns has the added slot in proper place (one fuel, two batteries), others all looked suck, i think this would be a problem from the design of Flagship, it even also happens on some original version weapons, like the peacemaker revovers, templar broad swards and holy negotiators :(
