Warning AMD drivers

I had bought RAGE & was one of those who had alot of problems getting the game to run with my AMD video card. Im a little peeved. I think Ill wait about a week after the next Elder Scrolls to make sure it works with AMD.

Anyway just to let you guys know if you update your drivers to the beta ones for the RAGE game then try & play Hellgate o joy u cant. I had to remove the beta drivers & go back to the old ones before I could.

That has got to be the worst release for PC that Ive ever had from a game.

I am running the 10.9 (Driver Packaging Version   8.892.3-111003a-126338E-ATI)   
rage final edition driver and I have no issues with hellgate or anything else for that matter.

Just saying...

Windows 7, 64 bit if it matters.

I am using the amd ccc 11.11C+viddriver 9.3...

ccc= all 3d setting maxed AA=8X, sampling@24..AF2x per pixel sample..tesslation maxed..texture quality  high,surface format opt..triple buffering


HG-G, HG-L, Rage  all played with all settings maxed.

Asus 6950 cuda (heatpipes and 2X 100mm fans)

So, are you saying that the 11.11 drivers are equal to the 10.9 drivers in stability?

Or is that only for the latest hardware?

I can't say, as my 6950 is new to me.

All I can say is eveything is stable for me.

That said, I like many others, have "HORRIBLE" lag on HG-G.

Litterly unplayable...

My belief is is that t3 is cuting dowen it's bandwidth use on their server side.

As a last ditch effort, i will be getting a bigfoot killer 2100 nic.
