Tips on selling stuff

I´m wondering if there are some general guidelines about what item properties that are more sought after when selling items. I usually have little knowledge of what things are worth. Mostly I try to find similar items for sale to check their prices, but they can differentiate alot, or no similiar items can be found.

I found two mods recently:

Demon Slayer Relic, lvl 26, Critical Damage +101%(Demons).

Reflecting Relic, lvl 26, Splash Radius +17%, 4% chance of releasing Rebounder Bolts when it hits an enemy.

Are they worth anything?

Low lvl relics aren t valuables i think. Mid lvl fuels and techs can , because of the bolters.

here s the most valuables mods i have in mind :

fuels with ccm demon or necro + splash
tech with crit + tactical use rate
mods with ele dmg + ccm beast or demon
increase dmg 10/11% + 9 % ele dmg

All need to fit into lvl 52-63 items (52 is just for hu's tho)
