stupid evo question ?

thinking about starting an evo for the fun of it.... i know i know they are expensive .... but heres my question ... does flame shards actual dmg increase with skill point invest and has any one tested this .. and if the the dmg formulas per skill are in the wiki then beat me ...lol  thanks for the help

It increases yes.  Though the actual amount may be about spread to about 25% across all 10 ranks.  (Its what it seems. I really have no Imperical way to test it because Focus damage is so spread in the min and max.)
