10 points less ele defense and attack strength seems to be sub par per point. Any opinions on this?

pretty weak by itself, but combinet with elemental vizion n correct mods ur weapon can become a stunlocker (just like in SC ghost's lockdown) 8) 8) 8)
oh damn, now i want to build a ghost o-O
